1) How we can protect vulnerable seniors who may be exposed to financial abuse and what we can do to ensure their assets are dealt with according their wishes before they lose their mental capacity; 

2) The differences between a Committee and a Guardian appointed under the Mental Health Ordinance (MHO) and their respective powers and duties. 

3) The benefits and pitfalls of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs) and the emerging Continuing Powers of Attorney (CPAs).
